Care Instructions
After use, wash by hand with mild detergent and dry thoroughly. (Dishwasher and microwave safe)



How to use
1. Put 240ml of hot water (approximately 36°C) and one spoonful of Neti Salt (sold separately) into the Neti Pot and dissolve. (*If using tap water, boil it for at least 5 minutes and then allow it to cool before use.)
Tilt your head to one side and keep it slightly higher than your chin.
③ Gently insert the tip of the neti pot into the nostril that is on the top, and while breathing through your mouth, tilt the pot to pour the cleaning solution into your nostril (the cleaning solution will flow out of the other nostril).
④ Repeat steps 1 to 4 on the other nostril, and when you're done, gently blow your nose with a tissue or something similar.

If you have severe nasal or ear inflammation or congestion, consult a medical professional before use.
If you experience pain, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
Do not share with others.
Be sure to wash it after use and keep it clean without leaving any moisture on it.
