*After confirming your order, we will send you an email with details on the [Logo Print Order Estimate Procedure], so please follow the instructions and let us know the specifications of the print logo, image data, etc. After that, we will present you with a final [Estimate].
*[Plate fee] and [Shipping fee] will be added in the final quotation.

Please submit at full size.

For illustrator

・The mode is CMYK ・The placed image is EPS (encoding highest quality JPG compressed) linked placement ・All text is outlined ・Save in ai or eps format (placed image not included)
・All output data, such as image placement, must be submitted.

In Photoshop

- The conversion mode is either monochrome 2-tone, grayscale, or CMYK. - The resolution is 100 to 180 dpi at original size.
・Images are linked to EPS (encoded highest quality JPG compressed)

③Final quotation and payment procedures

We will provide you with a final quote.
The only payment method is advance payment.
Credit cards and cash on delivery payments are not available.

④Production to delivery

Once payment is confirmed, we will begin printing.
Once we have confirmed your payment, your order will be delivered in approximately 3 weeks, however this may vary depending on the volume of orders we receive.

Important Notice

Regarding your order

・Payment method: Advance payment only (credit card/cash on delivery not available)
・Delivery time: Approximately 3 weeks after payment is confirmed, but this may vary depending on the workload. ・The product will be delivered without the wrapping paper (packaging) for printing purposes.

・For environmental reasons, the product will be delivered without individual packaging.
・Orders cannot be canceled after logo data has been submitted.
・Returns and exchanges are not possible
