Each hot yoga studio has different specifications and environments, such as floor temperature and humidity, and it is not possible to verify the operation of the mat in each individual environment. As a general rule, we do not recommend its use.

Particularly: - Bedrock yoga, lava yoga, and other environments where the floor itself becomes hot, such as underfloor heating. - Extremely humid environments.

Depending on the yoga mat, the adhesive on the mat may melt, which may cause discoloration or deterioration of the product. However, in many cases, some yoga studios have tested Manduka products in their own studios and determined that there are no problems, so before using Manduka products at a hot yoga studio, please check the studio environment.
