Please register as a rental member using this form. (When ordering rental products, you will need to register as a member of the Manduka online store separately.)

About rental use

・Rental possible from 1 unit
・A minimum of 3 days (from the date of product delivery to the date of return shipping) is required for use.
・Rental fees vary depending on the product and rental period. → Click here for the price list
・There are discounts available depending on the rental period and quantity. (Up to 20% OFF)
After you submit your order, we will check the availability of the rental items and estimate the shipping cost.
We will send you an "order confirmation email." This is the official acceptance of your order.
Payment methods : Credit card payment, convenience store payment *A fee of 216 yen will be charged.
・Prepayment at convenience store *A fee of 185 yen will be charged.
・Cash on delivery *Cash on delivery fee of 324 yen will be charged. *Only available for total purchases of 300,000 yen or less ・Bank transfer (prepayment)

In addition to shipping and rental fees, shipping charges (round trip) will be charged separately.
・Delivery fees are charged per box (540-1560 yen one way).
・Shipping fees will be calculated based on the size of the box you will be sending after you make your rental reservation.
The official invoice amount will be included in the order confirmation email.
When the rental items arrive, please check the following:
  1. Whether or not you have a rental item statement, return receipt, or cash-on-delivery slip (these will be required when returning the item. Please keep them)
  2. Please check the "product name", "quantity", and "whether or not there is any damage or dirt" of the rental items. If there is anything wrong with the contents, please contact us.
  3. Please keep the box and cushioning material we sent you as they will be necessary when returning the item. If you dispose of them, you will need to prepare a box and cushioning material similar to the one we received when you return the item, or we will arrange for the item to be picked up by us. (An additional 1,080 yen will be charged per box.)
We will send you an email two days before the return date .
After use, be sure to wipe off any dirt or dust from your yoga equipment.
Please enclose the [return receipt] that will be sent to you together with the product, and send the product to the designated warehouse using the [cash on delivery shipping slip] that is also included.

Please hand the item over to the delivery company by 5:00 p.m. on the return due date .
If you would like to extend the rental period, you can apply for the extension service, so please contact us by the day before the return due date .
(Extension fees will be charged separately, per day)
Regarding [late fees]: Please note that if you do not return the item by the due date, a late fee will be charged on a daily basis .
A 10-day late fee will be added to the registered credit card on the second day of the overdue payment as a deposit.
After returning the rental item, we will refund the difference after the late fee is settled by credit card. If you choose to pay by a method other than credit card, the late fee will be charged by "GMO deferred payment". (A deferred payment fee of 400 yen will be charged separately.)
