In this class, we use a strap and bolster to gently release tension accumulated in the body. The strap expands your range of motion, guiding you into stretches with ease, while the bolster firmly supports your body in restorative poses.
The result is a calming and nourishing practice that brings deep release and relaxation to both body and mind.
Power & Balance: How Props Enhance Strength and Stability in Dynamic Flows
Props aren't just for beginners or relaxing practices. Used correctly, they can enhance the effects of strength training. In this dynamic class, Laura demonstrates how to leverage blocks and straps to gain stability and precise feedback in challenging flows.

Creative Play: Out-of-the-Box Ways to Integrate Props for Fun and Freedom
