Regarding lines and wrinkles on the underside of the mat immediately after delivery

This is not a product defect, but because the mat is delivered from the factory in a rolled up state, it may be rolled up too tightly at the beginning, or the cut part of the mat may hit the back side, resulting in lines and wrinkles.
