How to use
1. Open the cap of the bottle (sold separately).
2. Boil tap water and cool it to about body temperature (36℃). Prepare purified water and warm it to about body temperature (36℃). (You can also use a microwave.)
3. Add the powder (1 packet) to 240 mL of purified water (boiled water) that has reached the appropriate temperature and dissolve completely to create a cleaning solution.
4. Attach the cap securely to the bottle.
5. Lower your head and breathe through your mouth while slowly squeezing the bottle to push out the liquid, and the cleaning solution will flow out of the other nostril. How to clean and maintain the bottle (sold separately) 6. Use about half of the remaining cleaning solution and repeat the same process from the other nostril. Finally, gently blow your nose.


How to clean and maintain the optional bottle
1. After use, discard any remaining cleaning solution and wash the bottle, cap, and tube (all sold separately) under running water.
2. Pour water into the bottle and shake the capped bottle vigorously. *At this time, hold down the tip of the cap with your finger to prevent the water from splashing out.
3. Press the bottle firmly to clean the inside of the tube and cap. Be careful not to leave any of the sachet's salt inside the bottle. * Cover the tip of the cap with your palm to prevent water from splashing out.
4. Empty the bottles, remove the caps, and use a glass drainer or similar item to dry them so that no moisture remains. If they are very dirty, fill the bottles with water, add a few drops of dishwashing detergent, and wash them as described in step 3. After washing, rinse thoroughly to ensure that no detergent remains.
*We recommend periodically sterilizing the product in the microwave. Heat the dried bottle and cap in a 500-600W microwave for 60 seconds.

[Important] Do not use if you have otitis media. / Boil tap water and then cool it before using.

2. If you feel any pain, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical specialist.
3. If you have severe nasal or ear inflammation, consult a medical specialist before use.
4. If you have had nose or ear surgery, please follow the instructions of your doctor.

6. Always use premixed sachets in Neilmed's special bottle container (sold separately).
7. Please use purified water or boiled water adjusted to body temperature.
8. Do not share bottle containers with others as there is a risk of infection.
9. Store the bottle container (sold separately) in a clean place and replace it every three months for hygiene purposes.
10. After use, do not blow your nose too hard.
11. Some of the irrigation solution remaining in the nasal passages may flow out after some time has passed.
