Regarding lines and wrinkles on the underside of the mat immediately after delivery

This is not a product defect, but because the mat is delivered from the country of origin in a rolled up state, it may be rolled up tightly at the beginning, or the cut edge of the mat may hit the back side, resulting in lines and wrinkles (about 10-15 cm from the edge). All products inevitably have lines like this during delivery and storage, but please rest assured that there is no problem with the quality or durability.

Please try leaving the mat unfolded or rolled up on the other side to make the lines fade. (Due to the nature of rubber, they may not completely disappear.) *As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for this reason.
